The INMA seminar will be held in the Sydney/Rome Room of the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel, located on the Mezzanine level. The hotel is located in Terminal 2 of O'Hare International Airport and is within walking distance to all O'Hare Airport's domestic terminals.

When to arrive

Because of the early start time on Monday, February 14 and Tuesday, February 15, most delegates will likely arrive the evening before. Organizers chose to start early and finish no later than 5:00 p.m. each day to allow attendees to fly home for time efficiency.

Seminar commitee

INMA is a volunteer association, and the committee that put together the Chicago seminars is chaired by Kathleen Coleman of The Spokesman-Review in Spokane, Washington. Additional committee chairs include Laurie Finley of Winnipeg Free Press, Tyler Mack of Las Vegas Review-Journal, and Sara Weaver of The Desert Sun in Palm Springs.

Weather

Plan for cold weather, usually between between 28°F (-2°C) and 43°F (6°C).

Attire

Dress for the INMA seminars is business casual.
