Dates of conference
The INMA European News Media Conference will be held on Thursday and Friday, October 9-10.
On Wednesday, October 8, attendees can also register for the pre-conference Research Seminar.
Attire
The dress code for the INMA European News Media Conference is business casual.
Travel
Participants of the INMA European News Media Conference should fly to the Tallinn International Airport.
Travelling from the airport to the Swissotel Hotel is quick and easy:
5-10 minutes by taxi. The hotel is located within walking distance from the historic city centre.
Be sure to grab a legitimate taxi from the taxi stand outside the terminal building, then
you will be assured of a good rate (just €5 to €10) for your ride! Don't use a driver who approaches you inside the terminal.

EstonianAir is offering participants of the INMA European News Media Conference a 10% discount on flights booked to Tallinn.

Internet access
Internet access is free for conference delegates. Internet access in the lobby, hotel rooms and in the conference room is wireless.
Languages
The INMA European News Media Conference will be presented in English. Participants can ask questions in French, German, Dutch and Spanish.
Cancellation, withdrawal by delegate
Cancellation is possible in writing and will be accepted until 120 days before the conference
(this is not applicable for registrations from special offers). A handling fee of 15% will be applied.
We regret that we will be compelled to retain the full participation fee for cancellations later than
60 days before the conference. It is possible at all times to send a “substitute participant”
at no extra cost on condition that INMA is informed in writing two days at the latest in advance stating the name of the substitute person.
Cancellation of event
INMA may need to cancel the event for an important reason such as: hotel closure or Act of God. In case of too
few participants, cancellation can be up to three weeks before the start of the event. In all other cases of
cancellation due to an important reason as well as in the event of necessary programme changes, INMA will notify
the participants as far in advance as possible.
