Cancellation and substitution policy:
Summit registrations are subject to a US$250 fee for cancellations between December 15 and January 15. No refunds or credits are granted after January 15. Because of the high demand and limited seating, there are no cancellations allows for the study tour. Substitutions are allowed in all instances.

What is included in Summit registration:
The Summit registration includes workshop activities on Wednesday, February 26, as well as Summit activities on Thursday and Friday, February 27-28. This includes lunches on Thursday and Friday, seven breaks across all three days, and a cocktail reception Thursday evening. You must register separately for the Study Tour.
Study Tour limited seating and sellout scenario:
Because of limited seating, you may reserve your Study Tour seat only with a registration and payment. Be aware that the Study Tour will likely sell out and is available on a first-come, first-served basis because of limited seating at some Study Tour stops. Most INMA study tours sell out early, so please register soon.
