To bring value to exhibitors we're coupling each available networking area with a high value branding event within the INMA World Congress. Each space is affiliated with either a coffee break, lunch, cocktail reception, or other sponsorship. The INMA Trade Show at the World Congress provides great opportunities for solution providers to connect with attendees in an intimate setting. Here's a look at some of those opportunities.
Open 10' x 10' networking areas are being offered outside the conference hall for exhibitors. The space is a blank canvas for you to create your own lounge for attendees to relax and interact with you. Each space will have two cocktail tables (one tall and one short) with four chairs at each table for seating - the rest is up to you! Use your company pop-up, a flat screen for presentations, or simply contract furniture for a relaxing oasis for delegates to interact with you during all breaks and cocktails.
