The revamp aims to deliver a refined, sophisticated news experience for both Malayalam- and English-speaking audiences, with strong hyperlocal depth across Kerala.

The focus is on providing real-time news supported by extensive multimedia integration while maintaining a premium, ad-free user experience. This positions the app uniquely within the regional news market.

User experience

The platform’s editorial structure is built around a seamless bilingual framework, offering both Malayalam and English editions with language-specific notifications. Users can easily switch between Manorama Online (Malayalam) and Onmanorama (English).

The app provides hyperlocal, district-wise coverage, including obituaries, along with a dedicated Pravasi (non-resident Kerala) section enriched by user-generated content.
