Welcome Reception
Included in your registration. Guest tickets available for spouses and colleagues not attending the conference.
The price only goes one direction. Five fare windows between now and the week itself, and the difference between the first and the last is $800 a head — more if you’re bringing a team.
FARE BANDS
Two days of Media Conference plus your choice of Friday seminar. Study tours are booked separately below.
One flat price whenever you book — but only 40 seats per
route, and they go fast. Not included in the conference
package.
*Non member includes one year of individual INMA membership
Discounted group rates apply to teams of five or more attending the World Congress + Seminars, from INMA corporate member companies. Teams get more out of the week anyway — split across the six Friday seminars and compare notes on the flight home.

REGISTRATION
Conference and study tour registrations carry a $250 / €225 fee for cancellations up to January 29, 2027. No refunds or credits after that date — but you can always send a colleague in your place, at no charge.
The non-member rate includes one full year of individual INMA membership. For most people it ensures that they get the most out of their conference experience while also joining our global community that makes our conferences so special.
Register first, then email us. Letters go out within two business days — but US appointment waiting times can run months, so start early.
We bring together hundred of people from around the world, in the spirit of unity we rely on guests to be open to others. In that same spirit, we take pictures and videos to recap what we learned and share amongst social media platforms.
